The lot decides more than people expect. Utilities, access, drainage, and soil conditions vary a lot across the valley, and they all show up in the budget. We look at the site before we talk numbers, so the quote reflects your land and not a brochure.
Bring your own plans, or come with an idea and we’ll work through the design with you. Either way, you get one point of contact from excavation to keys.

No surprises at framing
Budget honesty, early
We would rather tell you a hard truth at the quote stage than surprise you at the framing stage. If a finish or feature is going to strain the budget, you’ll hear it from us first, along with what we’d do instead.
Allowances get spelled out. Change orders get priced and signed before the work happens. The goal is a build where the last month feels as calm as the first.

What does it cost per square foot?
Square-foot numbers hide more than they tell. Finishes, site work, and utilities swing the total. Bring us your plans or your idea and we will quote the actual house.
Can you build from plans I bought online?
Usually yes, with adjustments for local code, snow and wind loads, and your site. We will review the plans before you commit to them.
How long does a new build take?
It depends on size, weather, and how quickly decisions get made. You will get a realistic schedule with your quote, not an optimistic one.
