Working in your home
You still live there. We plan for that.
Most remodels happen with the family still in the house. We contain dust, protect floors, keep a path to the coffee maker, and clean up at the end of each day. You get a schedule up front and a heads-up when loud or disruptive work is coming.
Plenty of Grand Junction houses have a few decades on them. Open up a wall and you might find surprises: old wiring, plumbing that predates the code, framing choices from another era. When that happens, we show you what we found, walk you through the options, and price the change before any extra work starts.

Common questions
Do I need a permit for my remodel?
It depends on scope. Cosmetic updates usually don’t need one. Structural, electrical, and plumbing work usually does. We handle the permits for the work that needs them.
How disruptive will it be?
Less than you fear, more than zero. We’ll tell you honestly which weeks will be loud, when the water will be off, and when you might want to plan a long weekend away.
Can you work from my Pinterest board?
Yes. Bring the pictures. Part of our job is telling you which ideas fit your house and budget, and which ones would fight the structure you have.
